SPECIAL EVENT - ALFSE/LA presents . . .
Dear Reader,
Please join us for an exclusive behind the scenes tour of the Rand private art collection in Santa Monica on Nov 17. Only 22 privileged participants will be allowed into this extraordinary curator-led presentation of some of the best privately-held art. Tickets are free, but only available to AFLSE members until November 1, when others will be permitted to apply for any still available tickets. Tickets are going fast.
Additionally, roll-up for the AFLSE family friendly Halloween brunch at chapter co-chair Elizabeth Botsford's home in Laurel Canyon on Oct 30 at 10am. Bring your pixies, elves and older children for party games and Halloween fun. Respond to losangeles@aflse.org for the exact address.
On November 3 at Central Library in Downtown Los Angeles, chapter co-chair Attorney Elizabeth Botsford will be presenting a lunchtime seminar on living trusts. Please visit busywills.com or see below for more information.
Mark your calendars now to join alums from Harvard and University College London for a networking mixer at the beautiful setting of the Shangri-la Hotel, coming up in the new year.
Yet another networking opportunity with Harvard Business School, this time in Hollywood, is presented on Saturday October 29 - a seminar about social media.
We look forward to seeing you at these events. If you are leading a seminar, organising a fundraiser or involved in a networking activity, we would be very pleased to present our fellow alums with the opportunity to participate.
Please also note the grand reunions of various graduating classes from the 1980's happening in London in Summer 2012. If anyone remembers that far back and intends to make the trip, please contact us so that we can liaise with other Los Angeles chapter members who may be attending - losangeles@aflse.org
With best wishes from your chapter co-chairs
Mansi and Elizabeth
