LSE Alumni in Denver - Newsletter
Dear Reader, 2nd Annual End of Summer Bon Voyage Party We’d like to invite you to our 2nd Annual End of Summer Bon Voyage Party at Pints Pub on Thursday, August 23rd, 2007. This is a great event to meet and socialize with fellow LSE Alumni and to help the AFLSE say “Goodbye” and “Good Luck” to departing LSE students such as Peter Terela. Peter recently graduated for the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in Russian Studies. He is currently interning at the British Consulate in Denver and will be attending the LSE to pursue an MSc in Human Resource Management. Although his family currently resides in Colorado, he is originally from up-state New York and grew up in Singapore. Jennifer Hopkins will shortly be moving to Washington D.C. and must resign her position as Denver Chapter Co-Leader. She is looking forward to being active with the D.C. Chapter and plans to be more involved with the AFLSE on a national level. Please contact Jennifer at (720) 280-8342 or Jennifer_hopkins@comcast.net if you are interested in volunteering for the Co-Leader position or would like more information. AFLSE Membership If you are not already, we encourage you to become a member of the Alumni and Friends of the LSE. Membership provides many benefits such as networking opportunities, discounted subscriptions to journals, discounted entry to alumni events and much more! Please visit www.aflse.org for more information and to join!
