AFLSE/LA July/August Events

The summer continues its breathless pace with our unbroken string of social highlights.
Here in Celluloid City, the summer blockbuster season is upon us - if you attend the cinema for one movie this season, please make it LSE alum Mun Chee Yong's multi award winning new feature film "Where the Road Meets the Sun". Mun Chee Yong has written/directed/produced this spellbinding film which has blazed a trail of glory through the film festivals and is now on limited release in Los Angeles. This year's Bon Voyage party takes place August 14. We will celebrate the incoming class of new LSE students from the So. Cal. region. This event will again be held at Ye Olde King's Head in Santa Monica. Tix available at aflse.org - we look forward to welcoming you. This party is our highlight of the year, providing a great opportunity for you to advise and entertain the new LSE students.
Elizabeth Botsford, your chapter leader and an estate planning attorney, will be leading a lunchtime seminar at the Central Library in downtown Los Angeles. Please bring your lunch and participate.
