AFLSE DC Chapter June Newsletter

We will not be holding our third Wednesday happy hour this month only, but have two exciting events planned
On Wednesday, June 15th at 6:30, Congressman Brad Miller, currently serving his fifth term for North Carolina's thirteenth district will speak to LSE alumni about his experiences in Congress and the contemporary political landscape. Representative Miller received his MSc in Government from the LSE in 1978. Registration is not open for this event yet, but will be sent with additional details shortly.
On Wednesday, June 22nd from 6:00 to 9:00 the LSE alumni association will be hosting a British Universtity Alumni Happy Hour and Mixer. This event will be attended by the DC alumni chapters of LSE, Oxford, Cambridge, Kings, St. Andrews, Edinburgh, SOAS, London School of Tropical Medicine, and London Business School.
