AFLSE NYC - Soros event tonight, tickets available until noon
Dear Reader,
AFLSE has extended ticket sales until noon today for tonight's conversation between LSE Professor Mary Kaldor, George Soros and Major General Andrew Salmon.
The topic is the subject of Kaldor's recent book, The Ultimate Weapon is No Weapon: Human Security and the New Rules of War and Peace. The conversation starts at 6pm with a reception to follow, New York Athletic Club (180 Central Park South). Tickets are $25 for AFLSE members and $35 for guests.

Also this week, tomorrow is 'Third Thursday' Happy Hour at Delmonico's downtown (56 Beaver St) at 6:30pm.
The next 'First Monday' Happy Hour will be February 7 at the Playwright Tavern at 7pm (49th St between 7th Ave and Broadway).
