Fifteen AFLSE Chapters held Bon Voyage events this summer for students en route to study at the School. Many thanks to those in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, DC who worked to make this important program such a success, and to the alumni/ae who came to offer support and advice to our future alums.
On the calendar for September: an early music concert in Washington, DC on the 19th, a Reception with the British Consul General in Los Angeles on the 22nd, and a Reception and Tour at the Houston Museum of Fine Art on the 23rd (see below). October events are also being posted, including a Panel Discussion on International Approaches to Corporate Liability in Los Angeles on October 7th, and an event focused on the Economic Outlook in Houston on October 20th, with Robert W Gilmer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. In addition, there are regular happy hour networking and social events in cities including Boston, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, DC.
