 About Sunda:

More than 10,000 years ago, when the glaciers melted after the last Ice Age and water levels rose over the prehistoric landmass that made China and the rest of Southeast Asia one area called the Sunda Shelf, new trade routes were created and the region became a culinary stew of intermingling cultures, spices, ingredients and cooking styles.  From that foundation, New Asian restaurant Sunda was born.

Helmed by Executive Chef Rodelio Aglibot, whose world-renowned technique and cooking style lies at the vanguard of New Asian cuisine in America, Sunda showcases contemporary interpretations of traditional dishes from Japan, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and the rest of the Southeast Asian Islands.  Sunda is a Rockit Ranch Production.
