Alumni and Friends of the LSE: Website News Items

Dear Reader,

Many of you will have heard the sad news of the October death of Anne Bohm at the age of 96.  For several decades she was a great friend and source of support for those of us who pursued graduate studies at the LSE.

On a happier note, the LSE Director and Cherie Booth (aka Mrs Tony Blair) mixed and mingled with alumni at a Manhattan reception, and Raymond Goodman, another distinguished alumnus, celebrated his 90th birthday even as he continues to serve as the astute chair of the AFLSE Investment Committee.

Visit www.aflse.org to check on your AFLSE Membership status, to read these and other News items (see below), and to sign-up for Events organized by our hard-working Chapter Leaders.
