* Another Co-Leader
Please join me in welcoming Mr. Mauricio Santana as SF's new Chapter Co-Leader, where he will share in the responsibility of making the SF chapter run smoothly with Bianca and me. Mauricio received his MSc in Economics in 2004, and he completed another MSc in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University in 2006. He currently works for Bank of America, in its Risk Capital and Portfolio Analysis Group. If you have any ideas or thoughts, please share them with Mauricio on mauricio.santana@mac.com. Welcome, Mauricio!!!
* Bonfire with the alumni of the London Business School
The alumni of the LBS have invited us again to their 12th annual picnic and bonfire at Point Reyes National Seashore (Limantour Beach) on May 31st, from 2pm onwards. It will be a wonderful way to enjoy the lovely weather, relax, meet interesting people and network. For more information, including directions, here is the link:

* August's Bon Voyage Party
By popular demand, this year's Bon Voyage party will again be held at the Winston's Bar of the King George Hotel (334 Mason St., SF, CA). Join us on August 7th, from 6:30pm onwards, to bid farewell to the new students as they embark on their most interesting adventure at the LSE. Newly-admitted students can meet others in the same position, make new friends, and get valuable tips and advice from alumni. This event will be open to newly-admitted students, alumni and friends.
