[AFLSE DC] Debate the Future of Economics With an LSE Alumnus

Dear Reader,

If efforts like Post-Crash Economics are any indication, the role of economics in today's world needs reform. There is growing suspicion of its motives within and beyond academia. The end result is a deep divide between perceived experts and global citizens.

On Monday, March 12th, Steven Payson (MSc Economics '82) will discuss this shift in the context of his new book, How Economics Professors Can Stop Failing Us: The Discipline at a Crossroads

Payson gave a version of this lecture at the LSE in London, so we are happy to host him here in DC. His lecture will be followed by an audience Q&A and networking reception.

Space is limited, so reserve now to join us next Monday!
