[AFLSE DC] The Future of Food Technology

Dear Reader,

Bruce Friedrich devotes his life's work to one of the world's most pressing problems - the role of food production in climate change.

While working at PETA, Bruce directed and produced Meet Your Meat, a short film that changed public discourse on factory farming.

As co-founder and executive director of The Good Food Institute, he supports plant-based food alternatives that are safer for the planet.

And as a renowned author of law papers, editorial articles, and multiple books, his latest book is due out on January 2nd, 2018.

Next Monday, December 4th, Bruce (LSE General Course) will share a sneak preview of his book exclusively with LSE alumni. A Q&A and networking reception with hors d'oeuvres will follow.

LSE alumni and friends are welcome, but space is strictly limited.
