[AFLSE DC] Join Us at 3 Events in 3 Weeks!

Dear Reader,

We know Thanksgiving is around the corner, but AFLSE DC will keep you busy in the meantime. We have three events planned within the next three weeks, and we'd love for you to join us.

This Saturday, November 18th, the Oxford University Society of Washington, DC, invites LSE alumni to a "Brexit Over Breakfast" event with Sir Ivor Crewe at Le Pain Quotidien on 17th and H Street NW in Washington, DC. This event is self-paid, but no minimum is required. Please email questions about this event to Sean Denniston

AFLSE DC will also host our 3rd Mondays monthly happy hour on Monday, November 20th, at James Hoban's Irish Bar in Dupont Circle. Attendance is free and there's no need to RSVP.

And we'll welcome the month of December with a conversation on climate security on Monday, December 4th. Several LSE alumni will share their work preventing and preparing for the risks that climate change will bring.

A Q&A and networking reception with hors d'oeuvres will follow their panel. All AFLSE members, alumni, and friends are welcome.

Book your ticket

See you soon,

Lauren Maffeo
Chair, AFLSE DC
