Denver Area LSE Alumni are Invited by Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra - Limited Complimentary Tickets

Dear Reader,

On behalf of the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra, you are invited to attend ‘Creative Legends’, an exciting concert program on Saturday, January 17th, 2015 at 7:30pm, featuring music by world renown pianist and composer, Conrad Tao.  The concert venue is the Macky Auditorium on the CU-Boulder campus.   For more information, please visit:  www.boulderphil.org/site/concerts/jan-17-creative-legends.

‘Creative Legends’ will be an exploration of humanity’s origins through creation-inspired music from various cultures. The program includes a jazz-infused piece by Darius Milhaud based on African mythology, as well as Haydn’s depiction of chaos in ‘The Creation’.  Conrad Tao then joins the orchestra in two roles-- first as a composer presenting his orchestral work ‘Pangu’ based on Chinese creation stories, and finally as a piano soloist in the epic ‘Emperor’ concerto by another true ‘Creative Legend,’ Ludwig van Beethoven.

Please call Shelley Sampson, Patron Services Manager, at 303-449-1343, ext. 2, to claim your two (2) complimentary tickets.  This invitation is for a limited number of tickets so please reserve your tickets soon by stating you are booking under the ‘OXBRIDGE GROUP INVITATION’.
