AFLSE November Events and Notice of LSE E-Mail Change

Alumni events for November include: a breakfast group meeting in New York City featuring the Director of the LSE Centre for Economic Performance and other distinguished participants; a panel discussion in Washington, DC on Economic Challenges facing the US; the Annual British & Irish Graduates Ball in Boston; the 7th Annual LSE Basketball Reunion in New York, and a Speaker Series talk by Marc Grossman, former US Ambassador to Turkey, in Washington, DC. Monthly "happy hours" continue in San Francisco and New York, and Houston alumni leaders have arranged a social gathering with a display of books by Sidney and Beatrice Webb, the Fabians and other distinguished LSE figures (see below).
