Field Organizer

Colorado Victory 2014 is seeking top-quality Field Organizers to join the Democratic coordinated campaign for its highly targeted national and state races. CO Victory 2014 will play a critical role in helping to re-elect Senator Mark Udall as well as competitive congressional races. Field Organizers will be the main point of contact for volunteers in their assigned region and their direct efforts to grow our volunteer organization will be the foundation of our campaign. Ideal candidates will be hard-working, self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with an ability to achieve set goals and perform under pressure. Field organizers will report directly to the Regional Field Director in their assigned regions.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Recruiting and managing volunteers and volunteer teams

• Training volunteers in one-on-one and group settings

• Building and managing volunteer canvasses and phone banks

• Persuading voters to support Democratic candidates

• Meeting strict weekly voter contact and volunteer recruitment goals

• Meeting daily call goals and reporting/data entry deadlines

• Executing an aggressive Get Out the Vote operation in your area
