Have lunch with the LSE Director this Thursday in Houston
Dear Reader,
The LSE Director, Howard Davies, will be in Houston on September 13th and has accepted our invitation as guest of honor at lunch. He will give a short talk: “Brown’s Britain. How will it differ from Blair’s”. Please sign up on line below or at www.aflse.org for what promises to be a major event for LSE in Houston.
We hope to encourage lapsed and non members of AFLSE to become current members when you attend this event. You will note that we have discounted the ticket price by $10 for current AFLSE members. Membership can easily be purchased on line at www.aflse.org (membership tab of main menu) prior to purchasing a ticket.
We believe this may be the first visit to Houston by any Director of the LSE, please make every effort to attend.
Regards,
The Houston AFLSE team
