Professor Roger Levy is a Visiting Senior Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a political scientist by trade and a practicing manager for many years. Roger has research interests in public management, management & reform of EU institutions and programs, performance management, and the dynamics of popular political movements and public opinion.
