Cleveland Area LSE Alumni are Invited to a New LSE Student Bon Voyage Event

Dear Reader,

LSE alumni and friends are invited to meet with students en route to the LSE, and to share experiences and give advice on living and studying in London. Students have the opportunity to meet with others who are also embarking on the same adventure in the fall.

When:   Sunday, August 26th, 2012, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm

Where:  NightTown , at 12387 Cedar Road, Cleveland, OH 44106

RSVP:    Breck Platner - Breck.Platner@sedgwickcms.com  (Replies are not required, but would be helpful in allowing us to have a head-count.)

Directions:
From the East:  From I-271, take Cedar Road exit 6.5 miles West.  NightTown is in Cleveland Heights, just west of Fairmount Blvd., on the right-hand side of the street, just before you get to Cedar Hill.

From the West Side and South:  Take I-71 or I-77 to I- 90, exit on Carnegie and turn right off the exit, taking Carnegie east approximately 6 miles.  Just past The Cleveland Clinic, and as you're passing E. 105th Street and Stokes Blvd. Carnegie begins to curve just a bit and and you'll begin to travel up Cedar Hill.  Unfortunately, Cedar Hill isn't marked, but you'll know you're on it as you climb a huge hill with beautiful trees on both sides (actually, this hill is the terminal moraine from one of the great glaciers as well as one of the first foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Pennsylvania!).  At the top of the hill, bear right (onto Cedar Road) and NightTown is the first business on the left, directly across from Bank One.

Parking: There is ample parking, including a large municipal lot with its entrance just west of NightTown. (Don't forget to feed the parking meters: this is Cleveland Heights!) They also have valet parking most evenings.
