Join the AFLSE Careers and Networking Group!
Dear Reader,
We are very excited to announce the launch of a new AFLSE Careers and Networking initiative, which will help connect LSE alumni in the U.S. with jobs and job candidates. You have to be a member of ALFSE to be a member of this group and receive newsletters with job postings.
Here’s how you can sign up or get involved:
1. Join the new Careers/Networking group
We have created a new AFLSE Careers and Networking Group on the AFLSE site at www.aflse.org/CareerNetworking. If you are interested in receiving regular job announcements and networking opportunities, please join this group by logging into AFLSE, going to the group page, and selecting the join group option. You have to be an ALFSE member to join this group.
2. Send in Job Postings
We are going to be sending new group members information about open job positions and networking and mentor opportunities. We need alumni to commit to contribute positions at their companies to the group. Job postings and company information should be emailed to careernetworking@aflse.org. There are many highly qualified, experienced alumni who would be interested in positions in large and small companies across many sectors and geographies.
3. Serve as a career contact for your company/industry
We are also looking to put together a listing of volunteer AFLSE members who are willing to assist alumni seeking positions in their companies. If you are interested in serving as a career/networking point of contact for your company (or a company that you previously worked at but still have contact with) you should email careernetworking@aflse.org with your name, the name of your company, your email address, and your company's careers website if available.
Please email careernetworking@aflse.org if you have any questions or comments.
