Dear New and Returning Students of The London School of Economics,
As the official LSE alumni organization in the United States, we welcome you and wish you the best in your academic pursuits.  As kindred spirits who have already made the journey for which you are about to embark, we would like to impart upon you two important thoughts:
First, a great piece of advice...  Don't wait until you graduate to start building your contacts. Alumni relationships that you cultivate now can assist you with your career goals by opening doors and providing you with invaluable guidance.  Solidify those relationships by joining AFLSE now.  With chapters at major cities around the country, fantastic social and educational opportunities await you. And because you are a student, we'll help you get started inexpensively. Click here to join AFLSE.

Second, a warm send-off...  During mid-to-late summer, many of our city chapters hold Destination LSE bon voyage parties for students preparing to leave for London.  This is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn the ins & outs of study at The LSE and life in London.  Trust us, we have plenty of great stories to tell!  We can't wait to meet you!
