Managing Teams Through Digital Change:
A Book Talk With LSE Alumnus Jens Flanding
Change in today's digital era is constant and transforms behavior on a mass scale. Similar to small firms that lack the market power to set prices and are economic "price takers," managers today are increasingly unable to customize the digital-era technologies their organizations use.
Join us for an intimate book dialogue with author and LSE alumnus Jens P. Flanding (MSc ‘00, MRes ‘08, PhD ‘16) to discuss his new book,
The Technology Takers - Leading Change in the Digital Era
(Emerald Publishers with co-authors Genevieve Grabman and Sheila Cox).
A 2019 Winner of the Axiom Business Book Award - Bronze Medal in the Business Technology category.
It is the first change management book to win this prestigious award.
A Q&A will follow Dr. Flanding's speech.
Hors d'oeuvres and wine/soft drinks will be served.
