Junior Compliance Officer

3 positions, New York, NY

Entry level compliance position in a global hedge fund group based in New York City. Primary responsibilities will be to review emails, IM's, Bloomberg messages in terms of investment research as part of insider trading surveillance. Recent college grads welcome.

 

Mid-level Compliance Officer

2 positions, New York, NY

Control room and trading surveillance experience.

7 years’ experience with respect to equity research/trading issues.

Experience reviewing and analyzing information to determine if MNPI. 

Focus on buy side research activities including the use of consultants, interactions with the sell side, surveillance of electronic communications, trading activity and internal research write ups.

 

Junior Compliance Officer

1 position, Stamford, CT

Chaperone Consultant calls.

Review emails, IM's, Bloomberg messages in terms of investment research as part of insider trading surveillance (supporting Healthcare).

Facilitate meetings/call scheduling for Compliance support of Business Development.

 

Mid-level Compliance Officer

1 position, Boston, MA

Mid-level Compliance Officer position: primary responsibilities will be the oversight and monitoring of primary research group, chaperoning consultant calls, working with expert networks to ensure appropriate compliance oversight, conducting due diligence reviews on independent research providers, and working closely with the Firm’s research analysts to provide ongoing support to the equity research process.  Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in financial services within the compliance or legal environment preferred.  Law degree recommended but not required.
