Benjamin Bowler (1995)

Benjamin obtained his M.Sc. in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the LSE in July 1997. After graduation, he began working as an analyst for Merrill Lynch in the Global Equity Derivatives research group based in London.


In 1999, Benjamin relocated to Tokyo to establish a division of this research group in Japan. After two years in Tokyo, he came to New York to take over the management of the U.S. division of the global equity derivatives research team. Finally, in 2003, Benjamin was made co-head of Global Equity Linked Research, which includes both equity derivatives and convertible bond research.
