AFLSE Seattle: Global Day of Vounteering
AFLSE Seattle invites you to join us to support Dickman Mill Park habitat restoration.
Help the LSE community shape the world by joining Global Day of Volunteering for a Dickman Mill Park habitat restoration work party!
Join AFLSE Seattle on Saturday, February 17, 9:00 am- noon when we will be volunteering our time to help remove invasive blackberries trying to take over our beautiful waterfront park. You can find full details below.
LSE Global Day of Volunteering is a celebration of the volunteering LSE staff, students and alumni undertake for local charities and causes – from beach cleans and litter picks to running soup kitchens and food banks. Last year for our very first Global Day of Volunteering, alumni around the world logged over 300 volunteer hours supporting causes from women’s rights to mental health, and from tree planting to mountain rescue and lifeboat teams. Be sure to join in this year and help support your local community!
