Mindfulness: Improving Focus, Attention & Self Management at the Workplace
Join us for an inspiring, interactive program led by Diana Winston, Director of Mindfulness Education at UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC), where you can learn helpful, practical, and scientifically-proven techniques for self-management and well-being for 2018.
Mindfulness is paying attention to our present moment experiences with openness and curiosity. It has scientific support as a means to reduce stress, improve attention, boost the immune system, reduce emotional reactivity, and promote a general sense of health and well-being.
