About 1,500 LSE alumni are receiving this newsletter for the first time. We would like to welcome you and also review the benefits of AFLSE membership.

A paid membership with AFLSE demonstrates your continuing connection to The LSE.  It publicly signals your place in a distinguished legacy of involvement and leadership.   And, it grants you access to a growing catalogue of member resources from discounts on journals and financial services to access to social clubs and professional networks.

While all LSE alumni have access to the AFLSE website and newsletters, AFLSE members can do the following:

  • Access the AFLSE member database: 
    • Search for other LSE alumni by city, state, company, title or industry,
    • Update profiles to show as much or as little information as desired.     
  • Join the AFLSE LinkedIn Group for networking.  There are subgroups in:
    • Financial services,
    • Legal,
    • Management consulting,
    • Media.
  • Join the Careers and Networking Special Interest Group on the AFLSE website:
    • Any alumni can send in a job listing,
    • Members will receive an email about this job,
    • Members can access alumni who have volunteered as company contacts.
  • Take part in other Special Interest Groups, including SIGs by industry.
  • Receive special pricing for some AFLSE activities and events.
  • Receive discounts on magazines and journals, including The Economist and Fortune.
  • Receive discounts on home, auto and long-term care insurance. 
  • Access discounts on merchandise.  
  • Apply to the Princeton Club in New York as an affiliate member. 
  • Only AFLSE members can obtain membership in the AFLSE Premier League.
