Profr. Lauren M. Phillips from the LSE will give a talk in downtown San Francisco on her ongoing research about the recent sovereign debt crisis that has affected Europe and continues to be an issue of concern for all European residents.    

About Lauren M. Phillips

Profr. Phillips is a lecturer at the LSE in the Department of International Relations, specialising in International Political Economy.

Her research interest is broadly on the impact of globalisation on developing countries, and specifically on the interaction between democracy and financial market performance in emerging market economies.
