AFLSE NYC - Met Museum next Friday, special lecture by Professor Conor Gearty on May 31

We were delighted to announce a lecture and reception with Conor Gearty, Profressor of Human Rights Law at LSE on Wednesday, May 31 at 6:30pm. Details to follow.

 

We hope you will join us next Friday, May 19 for a tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, followed by drinks on the rooftop (cash bar). Registration is available through the link below. In addition to the tour by a Met guide (6:15pm start), alumnus Dr. Gary Klein will offer a complimentary additional tour from 5:00-6:00pm; Beyond the Colors and the Canvas: Understanding the History Behind the Art.

 

We encourage you to become a paid member of the AFLSE to enjoy a discount on the Met Museum tour and most other events throughout the year. Membership easily pays for itself if you attend two or three events.

Lastly, save the dates for our summer events!

  • June 5 (Monday) - First Mondays at the Churchill

  • June 14 (Wednesday) - Picnic at the New York Philharmonic in Central Park

  • August 10 (Thursday) - Destination LSE: Bon Voyage Evening for incoming students
